October was the rumored released date for I think the US. It hasnt' been confirmed, and it was basically a speculation and misunderstanding, so I doubt that it was true. I think most of us have to wait for either November or December.

oh, december would e nice though, nice christmas pressy, birthday for me, hehe!

December release = good Christmas present

October release = PC in my hands a heck of a lot sooner.

I vote for an October release, but who knows.

I don't know if I'll get it when it comes out. Much as I want to, I ran into a bad situation with LWW: the extended edition. I pre-ordered the two disc and had it for several months when the EE came out. I bought the gift edition *EE, and the bookends* but I spent near to 120 american dollars for them both. *though pre-ordering is a little cheaper than buying it when it comes out*

I heard that PC is pretty much all there is for the film; not much was cut..makes me wonder if there'll be an EE but I'm going to wait a few months after PC comes out on dvd before I get it to make sure.

The EE may not come out, WHAT? But were they not planning to brng a EE for LWW,but still that one came out!

Like something for kids, adults, teens ect to watch? And they could chose from any of the movies that aren't on DVD yet. I dunno. *shrugs*

I honestly think that an extended edition need only be released if there's 30 minutes or more of extended footage *LOTR anyone?*; LWW should have just added deleted or extended scenes to their two disc because the footage added up to no more than 15 minutes!

I read that PC's footage is what is in theaters. Not much was cut out, so it seems dumb that an EE would be released.

I guess it depends on just how much extra footage there is. I know that there's at least one scene missing *the one that we've seen in like behind the scenes features*, the scene where Susan is showing Caspian how to shoot a crossbow. Ben Barnes said something in an interview that he was thankful a scene had been taken out because it would have mad the fans very angry over its addition. So, I'm wondering, was there even MORE flirtation between Su and Caspian? Makes me think there was.

if there's very little footage *maybe enough to make a deleted scene or two; there were only two deleted scenes on the PIrates 3 special features disc* then maybe they'll add it as deleted scenes on a two-disc. I'm almost sure that there will be a two-disc released like LWW.


anyhow, we're getting off topic about Ed so somebody please return us there.

Agreed. People saw him as this bratty younger brother who almost got them all killed. Then PC came along and it was BAM! Ed is awesome! Good thing it's been finally realized. He is too awesome to be ignored. At least VotDT will give him his due too. Or at least, it had better.

ANYWAY, awesome news!!! PC is gonna come out December 2nd! And on a 3-disc DVD no less!!! Huzzah! I'm gonna post the details on the PC thread though... go check it out! I truly hope it's all accurate and real and Disney is really going to do it! It didn't sound like a rumor to me... it sounded official! *a toast!*
