In this series of contests, contestants will be asked to create various graphics starring Legolas. You can use whatever images you would like, including fan art [as long as said pictures are family-friendly].

+ This time, the graphic is a BANNER
+ Entries must be 700x150
+ Unlimited number of contestants
+ Must include Legolas on your graphic(s)
Due Date :: September 1st, 2008
