Orlando Bloom? I can't see that at all... :erm:
Nah, I just thought his accent was extremely Caspian-esque. ;)

:duh: Oh, you know... AU's been acting up for me, so I posting it several times... and you managed to post in between. :duh: Sorry. :P

Oh, your dad said he looked like Orlando Bloom in the theater? It's rather amusing when someone makes noise in a silent theater, you know? :P

Like your banner Aranel!

Um. No. I didn't think Farid was like Orlando Bloom or Caspian. But the actor was perfectly adorable... he had some of the cutest lines too! I thought movie Farid was much nicer than the rather bland book Farid.

There were a lot of quotes I loved (virtually anything Farid said... "You're as sour as goats urine!")

The Dustfinger quote is my signature ("I am not just a character out of some book, and you are not my god.") was epic.

Also:

"Before you say anything let me tell you I'm here to save your necks."
"After putting them on the chopping blocks in the first place."

Thank you FM!

He was sooo cute, at least I thought so.

I love the qoutes in that movie. They are soo fun. :-D

"What's that sticky stuff called?" ....."Duct tape"..."Yes, I love Duct tape!" Absolutely priceless and Definitely epic.

 I agree. It was. :)

After seeing the movie a second time, I now have a complete awesome quotes list for anyone interested. :teehee:

---

"Mortimer. Be quick, be clear, or I swear I'll disinherit you."

"It's hideous. The man's got no taste whatsoever."

"You barbaric piece of pulp fiction!"

"OH great. Now we're going to have to try to escape, aren't we?"

"You got a castle. And a haircut."

"Telephones... and guns... and what's that sticky stuff called? Yes, duck tape. I love duck tape."

"But here... fire has no sense of humor."

"I am not just some character in

"It was a marvelous place. I'd rather like to go to it myself."
"Well get in line old man."

"Selfish, repugnant... character..."
"Blame him, he wrote me that way."
"I disagree!"

"Well that makes sense... with you speaking weasel."

"And then after all this... you can teach me Dragon's Breath!"

"Stop talking to me! Don't you know it's bad luck to talk in a dream, you stupid girl..."

"You are as sour as goats urine."

"You're going to love the Shadow. And by love, I mean ...'cower in terror from.'"

"I don't want to go back into my stinking book!"

"Don't take this the wrong way... but don't come back, okay?"

I finally managed to see it!!! I had been promised by my family that I could go see it in December but by the time they finally got around it, the nearest place that was showing Inheart was an hour drive away :annoyed:

But all was not lost! There's a tiny little cinema joined to a coffee shop and they were showing Inkheart today and tomorrow. So I've just got back from seeing it.

Dustfinger... :swoon:. He was epic.
Although I must admit I did keep thinking about his buttocks a few times  (watch A Knight's Tale if you want to know what I'm going on about :P )

Farid..... I actually thought he was played by Ben Barnes at first...

Helen Mirren was amazing as usual... I swear I'm going to be like Elinor when I'm old...

"Mortimer. Be quick, be clear, or I swear I'll disinherit you."

Wasn't actually a big fan of Brendan Fraser but that's probably due to me having a massive George of the Jungle obsession when I was 7. (By massive I mean that everytime we went to Blockbusters by family had to rent out it out. If they'd actually brought the video of it I would have watched it constantly  )
So he'll always be George to me... but he was very good.

As for Andy Serkis... he was wonderful! :D Although my mother said she didn't like him. She's not my mother anymore

I really think I should read the book... But as I only have 17p in the entire world I might have to wait until I next get paid....
