Niko woke some hours later, feeling only slightly refreshed. Looking to Nienna, it was evident that she had been up all night.
''Love, you get some sleep. I am fine. If anything happens you shall no doubt feel it.''
He wanted her to get some sleep. She needed if after the night she had.

"I don't want to.." she ran her fingers over his chest. "I want to be awake." she kissed his shoulder again, thankful for him being there. She would not leave him. Ever. Her grip tightened on him again "I love you." she didn't know what else to say.

''As I love you. Which is why I ask you to sleep. If for nothing else, sleep so you can take care of me. You are no good to me half asleep.''
He did not mean his words to sound selfish, but truthfully he wanted her to sleep. It was her that needed it more than him he believed.
''I shall watch over you. I will be fine, angel''

"I don't need..." her voice drifted off as she did, and her eyes closed. Her head fell against his shoulder, and she fell into a fitfull sleep. Her dreams were restless, as was her body, tossing and turning as her dreams troubled her.

Niko could see she was not sleeping peacefully. Getting a wet cloth he gently set it over her head and began gently rocking her, and stroking her back. He began to hum a pleasant tune softly hoping to ease her sleep and let her find peace.
''Sleep easy, dearest''

Her fears and troubles slowly eased in her dreams. She was instead on a ship, laying in bed in the ship's cabin with Niko. The gentle rocking calmed her, and Niko's voice sang pleasantly to her. "Le melon..." she mumbled in her sleep.

As he heard her speak in her dreams he couldn't help give out a dry laugh.
''Le melon, angel'' he whispered, pressing a light kiss to her lips.
He sat with her drifting in and out of sleep, all the while looking over her, making sure she was content and safe.

She stirred awake slowly. "You can go to sleep, love." she whispered. Her eyes opened and turned to him, and she knew they would try again. "Husband..." she whispered, her hand going to his face and caressing it.

He moved his face to meet her hand.
''All I wish is to be in your company, my loving wife.Nothing will ever change how much joy you bring me, child or no.''
He pulled her to him so they were closer together. He still wondered if this wasn't entirely his fault. He believed it so deep down, that it was him that was truly to blame.

She kissed the little hollow beneath his throat. "Aye." her hands moved under his tunic, seeking the warmth of of his skin. She sighed and her eyes closed at the contact, her stomach fluttering with butterflies. She knew he would always be able to do that, no matter what.

He smiled as he felt her hands on his chest. It was comforting, the way her palms drifted over his beating heart.
Niko was half awake and half asleep, he felt as if they were flying, the bed taking them high, above everything else.
''Angel'' he said. More of a statement than anything. He wanted her to know that's how he saw her.

She let her hands drift lower, to his hips. Her skin warming on his. "Niko." she loved his name, she loved him, she loved everything about him. Her tongue drifted softly into and around his navel.

Sensing her intentions Niko, for some reason grew worried. Would it happen again?
''Love, perhaps we should wait a day or two? I would not want to risk anything happening.''
Seeing the look on her face he spoke further.
''Do not think I do not desire you. Quite the opposite, in fact if you would allow it I would have you satisfied.''
Before she could answer he rolled on top of her and began to kiss her neck, placing a soft bite here and there.

She gasped and tilted her head back, giving him better access, and one of her legs went over one of his as her desire grew. She wanted this, needed this. She arched her body up hard and forcefull against his, their clothes frustrating her. "Niko...you don't need to be gentle..." she felt frenzied.

''I can draw blood from your neck if you wish'' he said with a laugh as he placed a slightly firmer bite on her neck.
''I am afraid, I am not up to satisfying my urge, the energy would kill me. But I shall have yours satisfied, in a completely new way.''
He nipped her bottom lip before pulling her on top of him so she sat on his chest, her thighs either side of his face.
Smiling, his tongue reached out to in between her legs and began to move furiously.

She cried out and her head flew back, her hands bracing on his belly as her hips pushed toward him. Her long black hair brushed against his abdomen as her head lay back and her body trembled. Her body jerked, and her hands gripped the sides of his belly tighter as she climbed.
