Hullo there! :bye2:

Well I know quite a few people will have advent calendars for christmas, and because I'm sad I thought it'd be cool to see what you found behind your door each day. :teehee:

And what kind of calendar do you have? Does it have scrummy chocolate in, or do you prefer the picture kind? :P

If you're puzzled and don't know what an advent calendar is, look here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advent_Calendar and here for a better picture: http://www.bridgebuilding.com/images/c340fx.jpg

---

Today, I got a raindeer in mine, just a nice little picture. :)

for the past few years, instead of having a traditional advent calendar, me and my sister have given each other little presents every day of advent (sweets and the like). i didn't think we'd do it this year, with me being at uni, but then yesterday i got a packet from my sis with a present for every day until i go home. she's so sweet!

today, i got a star-shaped candle.

We get chocolate in our advent calendar; not always really fancy stuff (after all, I'm one of seven kids) but it's neat all the same. :) Today we had Hershey's Kisses. :-D

They're an American thing I guess. It hadn't even struck me that someone might not know.

They're little chocolate candies.
